RealRents was created to allow property owners and managers the ability to publish property data directly to the public in order to alleviate legal pressure from the DOJ and give renters the most accurate property data on the market. For this mvp, I created a new logo and fav icon and working closely with the design, product and engineering teams created an end-to-end experience complete with city, ZIP and property search, interactive pricing maps, the ability to filter for best matches as well as unit-level detail pages featuring the “real” rent including one-time and recurring fees and upgrades that the renter will actually pay.
