Virtual Advisor

Early in 2021 we responded to some often heard merchant feedback to build an experience providing recommendations to help merchants perform better. Leading a small team of content and product designers, we conceived of the virtual advisor, a personal ai powered assistant to help guide merchants along the path. We rolled out an mvp and had plans to expand the functionality. As of now, merchants are taking around 10-15% of our recommendations and those that did saw improvements to their performance.
